GlobeAbc return policy

Please read this carefully before making a payment, to find out your rights regarding the purchase of courses and other conditions related to some of our and your restrictions as well as exclusions in detail.

Within 7 days after confirmation that your purchase has been completed, you can request a refund which will be refunded in full if you have not started the course / attended classes yet.
After a free demo class and the start of a paid course where you can learn about our teaching methods and meet some of our teachers, you can no longer request a refund, but if you are not completely satisfied with your consultant/teacher, materials, or anything else related to our service, contact us at support@globeabc.com, we will review the session and reimburse you for another full-time class if we find that the problem is on our side.
While we make every effort to run courses as advertised, we reserve the right to change course content, assessment, and consultant/teacher.
We also reserve the right to suspend any student who disrupts a course by his or her unacceptable behavior.

Timescale for refund

GlobeAbc will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you requested it.

Cancellation of a lesson

Lessons can be canceled any time up to 4 hours before the lesson is due to start and rescheduled thereafter. Otherwise, you will be charged the full amount for the scheduled lesson.

Expired course

All of our courses must be used within six months. In the event that more than six months have passed since you started the course, your remaining classes will be canceled and your account will be automatically deleted, as well as your data. Exceptions are special courses for individuals and companies which include a larger number of classes.
In case of illness, or some other problems due to which you were not able to use all the classes, write to us at suppport@globeabc.com to extend the validity of your account and to be able to use the rest of the sessions you paid for.

Terminate your account

You can request from us to terminate your account at any time, but there will be no refund if you do so.

Payment Service

We use third-party payment services (2checkout, Payssion, PayPal) to charge you through online account payments, instead of directly processing your credit / debit card information. All transactions are secured because our payment partners use encryption protection. All payment information is encrypted and securely stored by 2checkout, Payssion, and PayPal. We don’t store your payment info in our data system.

Your payment details

You understand and agree to the following: The billing information with which you pay for lessons packages through our globeabc.com website is only entered in our payment form and is forwarded directly to our partners 2checkout, Payssion and Paypal. GlobeAbc does not collect or store your payment information.
You agree that GlobeAbc will not be liable for any third-party failure to protect such information. You also agree that we may change our payment service partners and ask them to transfer your data to our new partners through their security system in order to improve our service.

Property rights

All our materials, including content, text, images, software, audio and video files, documentation, in the internal exchange between the student and GlobeAbc remain at all times the exclusive property of GlobeAbc.
Such materials are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.
You may not publish, distribute, sublicense, translate or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without the written consent of GlobeAbc.
