Student / client requirements

To ensure high-quality online classes for themselves and other students in group classes. Students/clients need to provide a stable internet connection, headphones with a microphone, a quiet environment, and a correct device (computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone). Otherwise, they will not be able to receive compensation for the session in which the interference comes from their side.

Booking/cancellation policy

After attending a free demo class, if you decide to buy one of our class packages, you will be able to schedule a class at your desired time 24 hours a day immediately after filling out the registration form. The only thing you need to pay attention to is that you need to schedule/cancel a class 4 hours before the start. If you fail to cancel the scheduled class 4 hours before the start, you will be charged the full amount for that session
